IT Support Specialist
Emphasis on: supporting Outlook client issues: email issues/outlook profile corruption/knowledge of OST/PST. Installing/configuring/moving desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing.
What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES.
Full time hours or part time hours? FT.
How many overall years of experience should this person have and do they need any specific certifications or education? 5-7+ yrs. A+ required/Other COMPTIA or Microsoft certifications required. Ticketing systems experience ServiceNOW/Remedy etc. Comprehensive hardware/software experience and knowledge.
Desktop Break/Fix Experience and 5 years.
Imaging Experience and 5 years.
Laptop Break/Fix Experience and 5 years.
Microsoft Windows and 5 years.
Microsoft Office and 5 years.
