This is a long-term opportunity with a stable company known for its strong culture, collaborative leadership, and consistent backlog. About the Role: Prepare accurate drywall estimates for commercial projects Work closely with a centralized estimating team while serving as the local Austin presence Proactively engage with general contractors to secure bid opportunities Support projects ranging from mid-sized commercial work to large-scale healthcare and aviation projects Balance estimating responsibilities with relationship-building and light business development Project Profile: Typical project size: $3M–$5M Range: $150K to $15M+ Markets include healthcare, aviation, commercial, and institutional construction Qualifications: 2+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience (not entry-level) OST (On-Screen Takeoff) experience required Ability to independently take and run bids from day one Experience with large drywall subcontractors is a plus Strong communication skills and client-facing personality Team-oriented mindset with interest in long-term growth Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation Vehicle allowance Annual performance-based bonus (historically strong payouts) Non-corporate, family-oriented culture Clear runway for growth and increased earning potential Location: San Antonio, TX (local presence required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
