Job Details Job Location: Oakland, FL 34787 Position Type: Contractor Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Related Field Salary Range: $60.00 Travel Percentage: Limited or Occasional Job Shift: Day Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Overview RISE Early Intervention and Therapy for Developmental Disabilities, LLC is a growing organization that provides support to families of children birth to three years of age with disabilities or special developmental needs, helping them to build on their child's strengths and to enhance and promote the child's growth, development and learning skills in their natural environment. Responsibilities Provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children birth to three years of age. Work as part of a comprehensive multidisciplinary core team to provide screenings, assessments, planning, and ongoing services in collaboration with the child's family, medical providers and other community representatives. Participate in Core Team meetings, one‑on‑one family sessions, and Individual Family Service Plan meetings. Deliver services in natural settings such as homes, daycare, parks, and other environments that reflect the family's typical routines and activities. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends, and travel to attend meetings, training, and to provide services in the Phoenix and east valley cities. Qualifications Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. In‑home and clinical setting occupational therapy experience required; pediatric experience preferred. Completion of the AzEIP standards of practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is required; demonstrate knowledge of AzEIP Policies and Procedures and Team Based Model. Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Occupational Therapist, including applicable licensure. Must pass background clearance. Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus but not required. Continuing Education If employed as a licensed, registered, and certified professional Occupational Therapist, complete the continuing education units required to maintain professional credentialing. Services are supported under contract with the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) participating agency. Benefits Competitive pay depending on experience.
