Responsibilities

\n

* Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions
\n * Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac testing
\n * Provide consultative services for hospitalized patients
\n * Collaborate with hospitalists, primary care providers, and specialists
\n * Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
\n * Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

\n

* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\n * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
\n * Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
\n * Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
\n * Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $400,000-500,000 plus production bonus on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
