Compensation Details Hourly: $17.75 - $18.75. Commission Potential: Exempt: Commission of $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Non‑Exempt: Commission of $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Job Description The Cashier is the frontline of guest service, taking orders, processing payments, assisting with prizes, and more. We empower Cast Members to deliver excellent service through cross‑training in various positions. Over 60% of our managers are promoted from within. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Essential Job Functions & Work Environment Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers. Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
