You'll work closely with providers and patients to help ensure each visit is efficient, comfortable, and positive.Your responsibilities will include:Perform manual vital signs accurately and confidently.Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections according to provider orders and clinic protocols.Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper documentation of laboratory results and quality controls.Prepare and process laboratory specimens and ensure appropriate labs are ordered and ready for processing.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established laboratory procedures.Complete weekly inventory, ordering, and supply management.Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding inventory, laboratory needs, and patient care.Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.Work closely with providers and other team members to create a smooth patient experience.Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate care during every patient interaction.Follow all company policies, clinical procedures, and patient privacy requirements.Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever the team needs support.The Patient Experience Starts With YouWe believe exceptional healthcare starts with exceptional patient interactions.From the moment a patient walks through the door, your attitude, professionalism, and compassion can make a difference.We're looking for someone who understands that taking a patient's vitals, drawing blood, or assisting with an injection is more than simply completing a task—it's an opportunity to make someone feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn.The ideal candidate:Has a physical copy of a High School Diploma or GED.Has a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but certification is not required.Has at least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of 180 externship hours.Has experience performing venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections; highly preferred.Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems.Is comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare providers.Has a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.Is dependable and demonstrates a strong work ethic.Is flexible and willing to work some extended hours and weekends.Is able to successfully pass a criminal background check.ScheduleOur clinic hours are:Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PMFlexibility with extended hours and weekend coverage is required.Compensation & Benefits$19.00 per hourWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceDisability insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition reimbursementCompany-provided scrubsTwo weeks of paid trainingOpportunities for professional development and career growthReady to Make a Difference?If you're looking for more than just a job and want the opportunity to build your healthcare skills, work with an experienced clinical team, connect with patients, and grow with a company that has a bright future, we'd love to hear from you.You bring the compassion, energy, reliability, and willingness to learn.We'll provide the training, support, and opportunity to grow.Start your next chapter in healthcare with SynergenX & Low T Center.Apply today—we're excited to meet you!
