First-time travelers welcome Opportunity to work across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations Strong exposure to clinical pharmacy and medication management Review, verify, and dispense inpatient medication orders Provide clinical pharmacy support and medication management Perform renal dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, and therapeutic drug monitoring Support anticoagulation and high-alert medication management Prepare IV medications using sterile compounding practices Utilize Epic and Pyxis/automated medication dispensing systems Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Promote medication safety and compliance with pharmacy standards PharmD and active RPh license 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred BLS & ACLS required Kansas pharmacist license or applicable compact license in hand at submission Epic experience required Travel experience is not required Weekend coverage approximately every third weekend Travelers may float to comparable units based on operational needs Orientation and required modules completed onsite One pre-approved time-off request may be permitted Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible Ready for your next pharmacy adventure? #J-18808-Ljbffr
