Luxury Retail Store Leader & Training Coach

Summary The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while promoting exceptional customer engagement. This role manages and coaches the Department Manager and sales staff, oversees visual merchandising and floor operations, and acts as the store training ambassador. The position is based in Scottsdale and focuses on driving both quantitative and qualitative performance.
