Physician - Primary Care Job Details:
- Join a well-established team of 20+ Geriatric providers delivering comprehensive, team-based care to a valued geriatric patient population in Northwestern Connecticut
- Approximately 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient services, with flexibility based on physician interests
- Full-time position with weekdays only schedule; part-time and flexible schedule options also available
- Standard 40-hour work week with infrequent phone call to support work/life balance
- Optional teaching role available with faculty appointment
- Access to a robust complement of senior resources for personalized, coordinated patient care
- Efficient operations supported by an excellent and engaged support team
- Professional development opportunities in leadership, research, and/or academic teaching
- Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics required
- Dual certification in palliative care is a plus
