A Day in the Life

- Verify proper cure before handling or packing to protect the finish.
- Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming parts for rework or scrap, and alert supervision to recurring issues.
- Handle finished parts with care to avoid scratches, dents, or coating damage.
- Pack using approved materials—foam, paper, dividers, and wraps—following the packing instructions precisely.
- Label boxes, racks, or pallets accurately based on the job traveler or shipping documentation.
- Record inspection outcomes and production data with accuracy.
- Maintain clean, organized inspection and packing areas aligned with 5S standards.
