• Actively sold Medicare Advantage plans during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period, AEP.
• Work status may be one of the following: independent agent, agency owner or principal, agency-employed, or tele-sales agent. Captive single-carrier employees are not eligible.
• Based in the United States.
• Comfortable providing voice-recorded responses, with access to a microphone and a quiet environment.
• Able to independently complete an approximately 20-minute online survey.

• Format: Online survey with a mix of multiple-choice questions and short voice-recorded answers.
• Duration: Approximately 20 minutes total time commitment.
• Engagement type: One-time paid research participation.
• Location requirement: Remote participants must be located in the United States.
• Submission and verification: You must submit all required responses within the given timeline. Payment is issued after successful verification of your submission.
