Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate campaign, event, and lead data across systems.
• Perform data entry, list imports, and data cleansing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support lead routing, tracking, and follow-up processes in collaboration with sales teams.
• Track campaign and event performance metrics and assist in reporting.
• Ensure proper attribution of leads and maintain data hygiene aligned with compliance standards.
• Assist in building, scheduling, and distributing marketing and internal communications.
• Update and maintain content for event pages, registration platforms, and communication channels.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing assets.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for sponsorship activations and field events.
• Manage attendee lists, invitations, confirmations, and onsite event coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials, shipping, and event requirements.
• Support post-event activities including data uploads, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones for campaigns and events.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoice management.
Must Have:
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or administrative support roles.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and management.
• Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting field marketing or regional marketing programs.
• Exposure to event management or sponsorship activations.
• Familiarity with data reporting and campaign performance tracking.
• Understanding of marketing processes and lead lifecycle management.
