Brand Ambassador, Residential Sales - Dallas/Ft. Worth

Overview The Brand Ambassador role represents Arteriors across multiple sales divisions, overseeing client relationships, booked orders, and revenue generation. This position drives growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing existing accounts while collaborating with key influencers throughout the sales cycle. The Brand Ambassador will be based in Dallas. Channels include Lighting Showrooms/Electrical Distributors, Residential Design, and Boutique Retail. Client Channels . Lighting Showrooms : Lighting, kitchen/bath, and tile showrooms, plus electrical distributors. Residential Design : Architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, home stagers, set designers, and trade showrooms. Boutique Retail : Independent brick-and-mortar retailers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing business, increase brand engagement, and acquire new clients. Manage a large client base through meetings, presentations, and consistent follow-up while handling related administrative tasks. Present product knowledge and brand differentiators clearly to build loyalty, recognition, and conversion. Participate in trade shows and markets; use client interactions to strategically influence growth. Gather competitive insights and communicate market intelligence to internal partners. Maintain a consistent travel schedule to visit clients and prospect for new business. Build and sustain strong relationships while delivering exceptional service. Review and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and improve territory performance. Execute proactive outreach to activate accounts and convert business. This job might be for you if: Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven year-over-year growth. Experience in luxury or premium lighting and home furnishing sales required. Resides in DFW area. Strong product and design sensibility, particularly for handcrafted or decorative products. Solid presentation skills with the ability to articulate product attributes and nuances and brand differentiators to drive conversion that builds brand recognition, commitment, and loyalty, and converts business. Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to provide optimum customer service. Collaborative mindset with the focus on team and territory success. Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivation to develop new business. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. What's in it for you: What's in it for you?
