Position: Electrical Assembler

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term Opportunity)

Location: Tulsa / Broken Arrow / Sapulpa

Pay & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

- 15% shift differential for 2nd shift

- Opportunity for permanent employment with benefits

Shift Availability:

1st shift – open

2nd shift – open (additional 15% shift differential)

What you'll be doing:

As an electrical assembler, you'll work in a modern manufacturing facility assembling electrical systems and components used in industrial equipment.

Your responsibilities include:

- Assemble electrical panels and control boxes

- Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing

- Install switches, relays, breakers, connectors, and electrical components

- Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions

- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely

- Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies

- Maintain production standards while ensuring safety and accuracy

- Work collaboratively with the production team

Qualifications:

We encourage freshers and experienced candidates to apply!

Preferred qualifications include:

- Electrical assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience

- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring or electrical components

- Experience using hand tools or power tools

- Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams (preferred but not mandatory)

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required

- High school diploma or GED is preferred
