Role Description The Treasury Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, FL. This role is responsible for daily cash positioning, monitoring bank balances, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. The Treasury Analyst will prepare cash flow forecasts, support short-term and long-term funding decisions, and assist with managing banking relationships and treasury systems. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling cash activity, analyzing variances, preparing reports for finance leadership, and supporting compliance with internal controls and company policies. The role collaborates closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to optimize cash management, reduce financial risk, and improve treasury processes.
Qualifications

• Strong treasury management and cash management skills, with experience overseeing daily liquidity and banking operations.
• Solid finance and cash flow forecasting capabilities, including preparing projections and analyzing variances.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems; familiarity with treasury workstations or ERP platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in corporate treasury, banking, or corporate finance is preferred; exposure to cash management in a mid- to large-size organization is a plus.
