Growth Recruiter - Post-Sales (AI-Native Startup)

Rox is seeking a full-time Growth recruiter to lead post-sales hiring from growth strategists to data science and support roles. You will own end-to-end recruiting, build sourcing pipelines using AI-native tools, and run structured interviews while managing agency relationships.
You will work closely with the Head of Talent, recruit across post-sales functions, and help accelerate Rox growth through the hiring process. This role requires in-office presence in San Francisco three days a week.
