Position Summary Entry-level, travel-ready HVAC Technician to perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on commercial, industrial, and refrigeration systems nationwide. Corporate office: Carmel, IN. Client locations across the United States. Typical rotation: 17 days on / 4 days off. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Executebasicdiagnostics,troubleshooting,andminorrepairs,documentfindingsandactionsintheworkordersystem. Replacefilters,belts,lubrication,refrigerantleakchecks,andbasicelectricalcomponentswapswithinLevel1scope. AssistLevel2/3techniciansonlargerrepairsandfollowcompany and site-specificsafetyprocedures. Communicateprofessionallywithclientsandonsitecontacts;representcompanystandards. Traveltoclientsitesperrotation;managepersonal and companytoolsandvehiclepercompanypolicy. Qualifications HVACtechniciancertificate,tradeschooldiploma,orequivalenthands-onexperience. EPA608TypeII/Universalcertificationrequired. Universal EPA preferred Validdriver’slicense:willingnesstotravelnationallyandstayin marketperrotation. Abilitytolift50lbs,workinvariedenvironments,andfollowsafetyprotocols(PPE,lockout/tagout). Must be able to use ladders for work access this includes building access ladders, step ladders, and extension ladders. Good communication, time management, and basic computer/mobile app skills for work orders Physical Demands Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting for the majority of the workday. Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Climb ladders and work at heights up to 100 feet or more. Work from scaffolding and lifts. Drive a company vehicle (truck).
