We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a thorough understanding of dental procedures and terminology. This role offers an opportunity to work in a positive environment focused on providing exceptional dental services. No weekends required, weekly schedule is 3 full days and 2 - 1/2 days. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment Prepare patients for dental treatments and ensure their comfort Handle dental instruments efficiently and safely Assist with dental radiography and maintain X-ray equipment Implement and maintain infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Required Qualifications X-ray Certification

Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in dental assisting preferred but will train the right candidate. Proficiency in chairside assisting Dental Radiology certification - will assist the right candidate in obtaining the certification. Strong patient communication skills Knowledge of sterilization techniques Accurate record keeping Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
