Bagatelle is looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join our seasonal team for the summer!
Bagatelle is a French hospitality brand of luxury restaurants and beach clubs that celebrate the South of France’s joie de vivre and epicurean spirit. Learn more about Bagatelle at The Prep Cook is responsible for providing culinary support to the kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. What we are looking for:- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write and speak in English is needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a fine dining establishment
- Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- Excellent time management
- An approachable attitude
- Highly organized and able to work fast
- 18+ years of age
