As a Graphic Designer at the heart of this creative team, you will be the visual storyteller responsible for elevating brand presence across every digital touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality graphics for LinkedIn and other major platforms, including carousel posts, branded visuals, and thought leadership assets.
• Develop creative concepts for demand generation activities, designing visuals for webinars, events, lead-gen reports, and promotional content.
• Support web projects by creating page designs, custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements that bridge the gap between aesthetics and user experience.
• Transform complex ideas into polished marketing assets, such as professional eBooks, whitepapers, and downloadable resources with a focus on readability and layout.
• Continually push the boundaries of the team's creative standards by testing new formats, staying ahead of design trends, and evolving client brand aesthetics.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, working closely with marketers, videographers, and leadership to meet deadlines in a high-growth environment.
