SSA Training & Compliance Leader

The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities seeks a Manager to plan, organize and coordinate training and onboarding for new staff in the Service & Support Administration Department. You will supervise onboarding staff, develop SSA policies, and ensure compliance and quality of service planning. Ideal candidate will coordinate training across SSA teams, collaborate with HR and other departments, and oversee ongoing professional development including leadership coaching and #J-18808-Ljbffr Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities
