This role offers the balance you've been looking for: the structure and relationships of a dedicated outpatient caseload with the clinical breadth of occasional inpatient coverage.

Your days will be centered on evaluating patients, interpreting findings, and building treatment plans that get results. You'll work with orthopedic and neurological cases, help post-surgical patients regain independence, and mentor the next generation of PTs by supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and students. All while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team that values communication, respect, and shared expertise.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-depth evaluations, create targeted care plans, and deliver effective treatments.
• Transition seamlessly between outpatient and inpatient settings based on patient and departmental needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes with precision in our EMR system.
• Provide education to patients, caregivers, and families to ensure lasting recovery and self-care confidence.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and students in clinical best practices.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to provide integrated, patient-focused care.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong adaptability across care environments with a passion for both outpatient rehab and inpatient care.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
