Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead

Position: Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead
Client: State of GA
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046 100% Onsite
Experience: 10+ years ERP; 5 7+ years Oracle Fusion HCM
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM , especially Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) .
- 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead .
- Expertise in Fusion HCM configuration, Fast Formulas, custom fields, security, workflows, and integrations .
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production support .
- Experience managing Oracle quarterly releases and patches .
- Strong understanding of HCM data model/data dictionary and third-party integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex HCM issues and coordinate with Oracle, vendors, and technical teams .
- Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
- OCI, ERP/EPM, and Oracle Fusion security experience are preferred .
