Assistant Coach - Tennis

Positions are posted as open until filled. Applicants that apply within 5 days of posting are guaranteed consideration per the Coaches collective bargaining agreement. Applicants for paid coaching positions must meet district and WIAA requirements including a valid background check. Head coaching candidates must be at least 21 years old; assistant coaching candidates must be at least 19 years old. All applicants must have a valid first aid and CPR card. Application Requirements Complete the KSD online application process, including professional reference forms. Annually complete the WIAA general rules clinic, the WIAA-approved sport‑specific rule clinic, and the KSD Vector Training requirements before the start of each sports season. Successfully complete Concussion Recognition and Management with Return to Play Protocols training, renewed every three (3) years. Successfully complete Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness and Training, renewed every three (3) years. Prior to the third year of coaching, a member school coach (paid or volunteer) must complete one of: a district‑approved Coaching Principles training; the NFHS Coaches Fundamentals Course; all sessions of the WIAA Coaches School; or another approved Coaches School. This training must be repeated every three (3) years thereafter. After hiring, the paid coach must read and sign the KSD Coaches Manual. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kent Consortium
