Remote Care Specialist - Substance Use & Mental Health

Pelago

Pelago is hiring a Care Specialist for its digital clinic. As the first clinical contact, you will conduct intakes, welcome calls, and initial screenings to connect members with the appropriate ongoing care team. The role emphasizes onboarding, care coordination, and a small ongoing caseload. A licensed clinician with CBT/MI expertise will support members using Pelago’s care pathways and evidence-based approaches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
