Program Overview The Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) enhances the knowledge, skills and confidence of parents; providing clear strategies to respond to their children’s needs, create a nurturing environment, and promote attachment. The evidence‑based model is implemented individually with families in their homes and in a group setting. Job Overview The Counselor/Practitioner provides individualized and group‑based parenting support to families by completing assessments, developing goal‑oriented intervention plans, and delivering evidence‑based services that promote positive child development and family well‑being. This role maintains a caseload, collaborates with community partners, participates in clinical supervision, and ensures timely, accurate documentation in accordance with program and organizational standards.
