Onboarding Experience Specialist
Covenant Logisitcs
Covenant Logistics is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Chattanooga to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and hiring managers. You will draft offer letters, process paperwork, and support candidate questions throughout the recruitment process. In this role you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, drive improvements in candidate experience, and help maintain compliance across multi-state onboarding while leveraging Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Covenant Logisitcs
