Senior Project Manager - Construction

Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL, with projects throughout the country. The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and other commercial construction. Path Construction values individuals with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Duties for Senior Project Managers include: Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Managing project budgets and cost control with full P+L responsibility. Overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Contract administration, procurement, and estimating. Processing pay requests, change orders, and requests for information. Implementing safety controls and maintaining high quality standards. Tracking submittals and scheduling.
