Receptionist

Receptionist We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and lasting impression of the company. This role also involves supporting the sales department with scheduling, communication, and basic administrative tasks. Qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or GED, one or more years of experience or training, or equivalent education and experience. Associates degree is preferred. Must have valid driver's license. Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports or for input into spreadsheets, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work. Must have good command of the English language - oral and written.
