Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Wichita, KS

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7A - 3:30P, every other weekend required

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapy services in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. The selected candidate will work in a team-based environment, focusing on evaluations, treatment plans, and patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of patient care activities.
• Collaborate with team members to provide holistic patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care OT experience
• Active Kansas licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS Certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting
• Lymphedema Certification
• Neuro certification/experience
