UNC Family Medicine at Southpoint offers the full spectrum of family-centered medical care. In addition to preventative services, they offer a wide range of acute-care and in-office procedures at convenient times for families and working professionals

• Adult and geriatric care

• Bone Health

• Cardiac Care

• Cholesterol management

• In-office procedures

• Diabetic Care and education

• Gynecological and obstetrical care

• Prenatal Care

• Preventative Medicine

• Sick visits

• Well-child visits

• Asthma management

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Education Requirements:

• Meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• DEA;ACLS;MD

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills are essential in order to diagnose medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
