Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Compact licensees accepted. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 2 years of home health experience preferred, including experience in home health documentation and care coordination. Experience with HomeCare Homebase preferred. Ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop measurable goals and treatment plans, and document per company, funding source, and regulatory requirements. Experience supervising PT Assistants and PT Aides in accordance with state practice act preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1700, Monday through Friday. Assignment Type: Travel contract to contract-to-hire opportunity. Counties Covered: Lowndes, Echols, Brooks, Cook, Berrien, and Lanier (travel between patient homes within these counties expected).
