Location: Charlotte, NC or Summit, NJ hybrid – 3 days on site

Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 12m+

Certified (CSA and CSSA) senior Pega BPM developer with a minimum of 7+ years designing and implementing solutions end to end independently

Experience implementing best practices in Pega architecture, design, coding & integration (SOAP, REST, JMS, JDBC)

Code review, peer review, unit testing, code/rule coverage and automation testing experience

PRPC experience including class structure & ruleset design, development lifecycle tools (JIRA, ALM etc)

Problem-solving and strong communication skills

Financial Services experience desirable

This person is going to be brought on to assist with 10+ projects that the Pega Team is handling right now. They need to be an independent worker that is able to deliver results that are quality work by deadlines. They also should be able to work without a lot of direction on day to day tasks- go getter that takes initiative to go above and beyond. They will be mostly heads down development, but will have to interact with business at times. The projects include upgrades to new versions, new module development, etc.
