Job Description Position Summary: Your primary responsibility will be processing payables for Team Mancuso dealerships. You will also play a larger role across all of our Sonic Powersports locations in multiple states, consolidating and centralizing our intercompany and shared expenses. Key Responsibilities: Post payables invoices for the Team Mancuso Dealerships. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Issue checks or ACH’s to our vendor partners. Reconcile and post the company credit card for all locations. Process and post intercompany transactions between all of our Powersports locations. Reconcile the intercompany accounts across all of our Powersports stores. Consolidate and centralize our larger vendors. Analyze and identify expense savings across our locations. Prior dealership Accounting or Powersports experience is preferred. Prior payables experience in a similar industry is also acceptable. Lightspeed DMS experience is highly preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). You will be completing various templates and utilizing formulas to complete some reconciliations. Demonstrated proficiency in basic accounting concepts, specifically account reconciliations. You must be highly organized and detail oriented.
