What You'll Do

• Build genuine relationships with prospects and existing customers, turning conversations into long-term trust
• Work leads generated through the agency's marketing and P&C partnerships — not cold lists
• Help people find real coverage solutions from a robust product portfolio, matched to their actual needs
• Work toward building great relationships with our P&C partner agencies — the ultimate goal for agents in our system
• Educate clients on protecting what matters most to their families and their financial future
• Deliver a client experience that reflects the trust our name has already earned

What You Bring

• A genuine interest in a sales-driven career (experience in insurance or financial services preferred)
• 1+ years of life insurance experience
• Active Life & Health license(s)
• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently
• Strong follow-through and follow-up habits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Spanish fluency is almost mandatory
