Summary Lead the Fragrance and Beauty boutique, developing the team and delivering an elevated client experience. Drive sales and business performance while upholding boutique image and operational standards. Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop boutique employees, including succession planning and performance reviews. Lead daily boutique operations, team communication, scheduling, stock management, budgets, and loss prevention. Deliver personalized client service, resolve client concerns, and develop client relationships and retention. Achieve sales objectives through clienteling, events, CRM, and local business development. Maintain brand image, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and service standards. Requirements At least 7 years of leadership experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, people leadership, and client experience skills.
