• Support lead teachers in planning and implementing play-based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and your fellow team members.
• Help ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care.
