Director of HVAC Installations & Field Operations

Join us in Thomaston, CT as the Director of HVAC Installations & Field Operations. You will drive installation excellence across heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects—optimizing schedules, coaching field teams, and ensuring every job meets our quality and safety benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee HVAC installation projects end-to-end, from planning to closeout.
Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to hit milestones.
Perform site assessments and craft installation plans aligned with customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry codes/standards.
Train, mentor, and support installation technicians in best practices.
Track and adjust project budgets and schedules as conditions change.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they occur.
Maintain precise records of installations and customer communications.

Qualifications

Substantial experience in HVAC installation leadership/management.
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and install techniques.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical/problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
