About Us:
3B Hardware is a locally owned hardware store known for friendly service, reliable expertise, and a commitment to our community. We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team.

Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing staff, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management. This position helps ensure smooth store operations, a positive work environment, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising, training, and motivating employees
Support scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow
Provide outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns
Help manage inventory, ordering, and product stocking
Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and safety standards
Open and close the store as needed
Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes
Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
