NOW HIRING: Litigation Attorney (Senior Associate / Junior Partner Level)

Naples, Florida | Civil & Commercial Litigation


A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Litigation Attorney with approximately 5-15 years of experience in civil, commercial, and construction litigation . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator ready to step into a more substantive, client-facing role with increasing responsibility in case strategy and firm growth.


This position may be structured as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner , depending on experience, leadership ability, and portable business.


Practice Areas:


Business & Commercial Litigation
Construction Litigation
General Civil Litigation


Key Responsibilities:


Handle all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions in court
Appear as lead counsel at hearings
Develop and execute case strategy
Manage day-to-day litigation activities and case deadlines
Maintain and grow strong client relationships
Provide practical, business-focused legal counsel
Conduct legal research and factual investigations
Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation practice growth


Qualifications:


Active membership in the Florida Bar

5-15 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas
Strong experience handling depositions and substantive motion practice
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
Comfortable serving as lead counsel in court
Experience supervising junior attorneys or staff is a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills
Portable book of business is a plus (not required)


Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
