Pharmacy Technician OpportunityBarnes-Jewish Hospital's Outpatient Infusion Center in Sunset Hills is seeking a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician to join our experienced team. This role offers a unique opportunity, combining retail pharmacy support with inpatient sterile compounding responsibilities, making it an excellent fit for technicians looking to expand their skill set in a clinical environment.Training & LocationInitial training will take place for 6–8 weeks at our Town and Country location.QualificationsNational Pharmacy Technician Certification requiredPharmacy Technician License2 years Pharmacy Technician experienceScheduleMonday–Friday8-hour shiftsVarying start times between 6:30 AM – 8:30 AMEvery 4th week includes a late shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PMOverviewThe Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient 3, under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist and according to standard procedures, provides cross coverage for multiple technician competencies or responsibilities within a focus area. This position serves as a department resource to answer questions and assists in resolving more complex issues.
