Schedule

• Weekday: Clinic, inpatient coverage, and night call
• Weekend: 24-hour call coverage
• Ongoing need with flexible scheduling blocks

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active Indiana license or IMLC
• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• Active DEA/CSR

Additional Details

• Procedures: General ENT procedures (bronchoscopy not required)
• Volume:
  • Clinic: 5-7 patients/day
  • Hospital: 5-8 consults/day
• Support: Established ENT group (6 surgeons) within large provider network
• EMR: Epic
• Travel & Lodging: Covered
