Duties Conduct initial consultations, lead individual and small‑group strength training sessions Track fitness results for clients and lead client education Become an expert in using our state‑of‑the‑art Exerbiotic fitness equipment Deliver active‑assisted stretch therapy sessions for clients targeting the upper body, lower body, and full body Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall performance Provide a safe and motivating environment that combines strength and stretch for maximum results Requirements High standard of reliability and respect Strong ability to connect with and inspire others Experience and/or passion for strength training and fitness Preferred experience and/or interest in client‑assisted stretching, mobility, or recovery techniques The Exercise Coach – Hiring Steps 24–48 hours from now : Initial Interview 48–72 hours from now : In‑Person Workout and Studio Tour Ten days from now : Offer letter #J-18808-Ljbffr
