Planner ii

Under the general supervision of the Director, the Planner will plan and manage the supply chain of goods and services. They will be responsible for making sure that the necessary goods are either imported or produced locally, purchase orders are created accordingly and the necessary administration, follow-ups on documentation or authorizations are in place to receive the goods. Must be able to work Hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Qualifications:

• Information Systems - Knowledge and use of SAP, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power BI generating data.
• Bachelor's degree is required in supply management, logistics, business management, industrial engineering
• Related work experience at least 2 years in supply chain or supply planning working for a large organization or diverse portfolio of products.
• Must have SAP & Power BI - no room to train candidates as this is an urgent need

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the supply chain of goods and services.
• Responsible for making sure that the necessary goods are either imported or produced locally, purchase orders are created accordingly and the necessary administration, follow-ups on documentation or authorizations are in place to receive the goods.
• Work with Costa central team to ensure all service and good contracts are in place
• Work with 3PL to manage inventory, identify gaps and issues PO to maintain stock
• Manage relationship with key suppliers, vendors, warehouse and central TI&SC team. Identify and execute ideas to improve cost, lead time or in-stock.
• Work worth S&OP Manager and Sales team to create realistic, documented supply plan. Monitor deviation and adjust as needed.
