- Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health conditions and response to treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours and accommodate scheduling needs.
