Your Role as a LPN: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehab Center , you’ll make a real impact by: Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care. Qualifications Needed for LPN: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Rhode Island/Compact. Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.
