Customer Service Representative

Wendle Motors in Spokane, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Service Team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with a warm smile, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll address customer concerns, support our Service Manager, and handle a variety of tasks with a positive attitude. Schedule & Pay Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Advancement opportunities Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person. Engage with and talk to customers over the phone, via email, and/or online. Schedule appointments for customers requesting service. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of appointments and customer interactions. Maintain consistent communication with Service Advisors to ensure smooth coordination and timely client interactions. Provide accurate information to store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help deliver the highest level of service. Qualifications Superior phone skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with managers, coworkers, and customers. Strong customer service experience, with a sense of urgency and ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software. Typing efficiency. Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in the automotive industry is not required—we will teach you everything you need to know.
