Job Title: Editorial Producer - Music Campaigns

Location : Culver City, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Pay : $61/hr

Duration : 5-month Assignment

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Producer to support the execution of global music campaigns and editorial initiatives across a digital streaming platform. In this role, you will oversee production operations, manage digital content workflows, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-profile music campaigns and editorial programs.

This position requires a highly organized production professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and has a passion for music, entertainment, and digital media. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced managing digital assets, production workflows, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day production operations supporting global music campaigns and editorial initiatives
• Coordinate the setup, organization, and delivery of digital production assets across multiple platforms and teams
• Establish and maintain naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and content organization to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Manage production trackers, project documentation, and workflow tools to monitor campaign progress and deliverables
• Partner closely with Editorial, Production, Business, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute content priorities and production schedules
• Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and production updates for leadership and key stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively communicate potential issues to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Support the creation and maintenance of team workspaces, collaboration channels, and production resources
• Recommend and implement improvements to production workflows, operational processes, and content management systems
• Provide occasional support outside of standard business hours, including scheduled weekend coverage as needed

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in production, project management, editorial operations, or digital media within the entertainment, music, or streaming industries
• Experience managing digital production workflows, creative operations, or content delivery processes
• Strong understanding of digital assets, metadata management, file organization, and production deliverables
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
• High proficiency with Apple productivity tools, particularly Keynote
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for music, entertainment, pop culture, and digital content experiences
