KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):

· Production Operations

o Operate various types of process machinery, including robots, presses and bonders. Cross-train as

needed

o Perform basic start up and shut-down procedures, as well as process checks throughout.

o Use various types of hand tools, including routers, sanders, drills, etc.

o Effectively troubleshoot issues and make recommendations to management.

o Ensure all equipment and tools are stored and maintained properly to avoid interruption of production and

to minimize unnecessary downtime.

o Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include

lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, bending, and working at heights when

applicable

o Provide input and ensure completion of set production goals, as set forth by Management

o Effectively interpret production schedule and communicate any issues to management

· Maintain compliance

o Abide by safe work standards, all company safety practices and OSHA regulations

o Support plant safety initiative maintain safety protocols throughout production area.

o Contribute to ongoing plant improvements, as needed.

o Abide by all corporate and plant company policies and initiatives.

o Work with Quality/Engineering Team to address any production issues

o Maintain clean work areas, practice good housekeeping and support plant-wide 5S initiative

o Adhere to the company attendance policy
