Executive Oncology Sales Specialist, Head & Neck (Salt Lake City, UT) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist for Head & Neck oncology to cover the Salt Lake City territory, including Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico. The role involves promoting oncology therapeutics, conducting business analysis, developing account strategies, and achieving sales objectives in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Promote current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts aligned with sales strategies
• Demonstrate product clinical efficacy, safety, and value propositions; provide clinical information to achieve brand sales objectives
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, develop account plans with District Manager and internal partners
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and approved materials
• Utilize approved marketing tools and resources including digital presentations and selling skills framework to advance sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights and weekends
• Minimum two years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience; or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
• Reside in geography or willing to relocate
• Specialty sales experience and solid tumor/oncology market understanding preferred
• Proven track record influencing key stakeholders in competitive selling environment preferred
• Hospital and large account sales experience with documented success in complex environments preferred
